I'm Gemma Aldridge, a former hairdresser, stay-at-home mum and someone who has never really grown out of being completely fascinated by hair. After spending time working behind the chair, I learned that every person’s hair is different and that the best advice is usually the honest kind. Sometimes the perfect change is a new haircut or colour, and sometimes the answer is simply learning how to work with what you already have.
These days, I share the hairstyles I genuinely love, the tricks I picked up during my salon years and the practical ideas that fit real life. Whether you are looking for an easy style for busy mornings, inspiration before a salon appointment, or ideas for a special occasion, my aim is to make hair and beauty feel more approachable.
